I've got a pretty large install coming up next month replacing an old Rolm system at a large resort.
Planning on taking lots of pictures and wanted to know if I can post my progress here?
Thanks

No Voip, customer didn't want it internally, don't blame them.
About 150 Dterm phones and 650 analog stations. 3 PRI's to start, then going to implement 72 SIP trunks later.
OW5000 with UA5200 and MC550.
Should be fairly straightforward (I hope). PMS integration always throws me for a loop, but the staff on site really have it together so hoping for a smooth cutover.

Alrighty, let the games begin.... On the test bench, mini PC for call accounting on top of unit 02: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140116_151910_zps8b286ee7.jpg) The Rolm/Seimens PBX and the original cross connect field: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140210_120935_zps4482eca7.jpg) I was able to slide the Siemens over and get my 4 post rack into place. We also installed additional ladder rack for the 34 new tail cables coming out of the SV8300: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140210_120941_zpsa57bbfe4.jpg) Getting the hardware mounted in the rack. SV8300, 3 full units and UCE Server as well as some misc equipt (Call Accounting PC, MOH etc...): ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140210_134610_zpsd276c795.jpg) Alternate View: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140210_134616_zpsfdc048cf.jpg) Installed Wire Managment between the chassis of the 8300 for all those tail cables: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140210_135139_zpsd96955b2.jpg) Beginning of tail cable placement: ![[Linked Image from i8.photobucket.com]](https://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a14/Doghart/Cheyenne%20Mtn/20140211_091948_zps2d9e13b3.jpg)

How long did the data collection take?
