Have been running a system nicely with some NT136's but have just tried to add a couple of NT321's and although the phones register with the PBX they come back with "Check PBX Ver" Currently the card has firmware from 2005 V1.001/1.011.
Can anyone email me later versions of PIPEXT & PVOIPEX or point me to a URL where I can download please ?
Thanks Peter

you will need to upgrade both the system and the ipext16 card
this firmware is only available through Panasonic or your Panasonic distributor/dealer

Yes it needs both but I am already running the latest version in the pbx V5.0.1.2 the same as that working on an IP convergence PBX we are supporting . The NT321's register and work fine on the IP convergence PBX so it seems that with the NT136's working fine it is just the two later firmware files. I was hoping someone could help me with them as I am not a Panasonic engineer.

Unfortunately I think what you are requesting is beyond the scope of this board. You'll need to get a qualified installer to help you with this. If you can tell us where you are, I'm sure we can point you to a good one in your area.

Be careful you could end up defaulting the system
