We have a customer who has two sites about 1.5 miles from each other. They had an existing MICS and purchased another MICS for the remote site. We have successfully networked the two sites with a site-to-site t1 emulation product that they purchased so they can do 4 digit dialing. But we have not been able to give the remote site access to the existing CP150. Tech support from our distributor has been no help. Any suggestions?

We have installed the MCDN key codes have set the CP150 to "centralized". The customer's t1 emulation product is IPMUX 24. We were able to do 4 digit dialing between the two sites, we just can't access the Voice Mail.

How are you trying to access the voice mail?
What is the exact error?
What programming at both sites have you done in order to link with the Callpilot?

How are you trying to access the voice mail?
using feature 981 or dialing the DN of the call pilot from the remote system. Neither works.

What is the exact error?

Using feature 981 the display says "inactive feature"
dialing the DN of the call pilot the call is redirected to the prime set (X221)

What programming at both sites have you done in order to link with the Callpilot?

At the call pilot I've enabled "external initialization", "Redirected DN", and "Network transfers"
