Have customer using 2 hunt groups, 451 & 452. 450 is for vm. He wants group 452 to overflow to group 451 when timer expires. Tried it didn't work. Tried overflow to sta 100 which is in group 451. That didn't work. Could not find any conflicts in manual but still at a lose. Ya'll got any suggestions.

You have to enable that function as well as set the destination and the timer.

The only thing that I can add is that both hunt groups are ring all. The overflow is set to immediate (no queing) with a timer value of 10 sec. I don't think I can overflow to the hunt group because of ring all situation. I guess I'll try to ring just 1 station.
