Hello again everyone, It seems that about the same time as the trouble I posted previously in this topc : https://sundance-communications.com...udden_issue_with_main_greetin#Post568270 , yet another unauthorized adjustment had been made to the system. This new adjustment has disabled all of the message indicator lights for all of the phones. How can I re-enable the message indicator lights for my facility system-wide, so staff knows when they have voicemail ? thanks again

You need to get into System Admin and enter the MW code again in case that changed. Have you changed both the System Admin and the Admin codes?

Thanks Steve. Yes this Message Waiting code under System Parameters, in the Set Send Message Feature Access Code menu had been changed. I set it back to on and that is back to normal.
I have never changed these myself, so I'm not sure how they were changed if an unauthorized person didnt change them.
