Hello all! I am new here, and also new to business phone systems so I am completely bewildered. I just this evening learned how to program my speed dials. I have a DKT2010-SD in my business. In my lower office, the station name is MANAGER, and that's fine, however, in my upper office, it has the name of one of the old people from the business.. someone I truly do not want to be reminded of on a daily basis. Any ideas on how to change this?? Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Answer depends on the System Controller Model, not the Phone Model.
On the older DK Systems, it could be done from the phone set by dialing Intercom # 6xx (I forget the actual code, but think it was somewhere in the 620 range).
I never worked with the newer CIX/CTX systems, but I believe you have to connect to the controller with a PC and proper software to make name changes.
