Hi guys
Was installing a brand new 7400 v4.70 with an Svmi-20i today. But I could not log on via hyperterm with my 'Cisco' lead. This usually works on the 20e but this is my first dealing with a 20i. Is there a new way to connect to the card? I have seen the svmi options on the DM tool but every time I click on it it says check connection to DM? If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
Thanks
Mike

Hi Gerrya
Thanks for your reply, i have set the ip address of the svmi 20i as 192.168.1.205. The ip address of the system is 192.168.1.204. When i try and click on MClass for expample the page says downloading and hangs for 10s then says check connection from DM tool to system. What am i missing here? Thanks again

You have to add your PC into the management whitelist.
