Hi all,
New to the forum but have been supporting BCM 400 / 50's as IT Manager for a credit union for 5 years.
I just finished setting up a USED BCM 50. I copied the CCR and AA setting from the other BCM's into the USED one.
I have one AA setting that is routes calls to our call center. I can dial the DN from within the branch, but when selected by the AA I get "The person you have called is not available"
Any ideas?

Almost has to be something setup improperly in the CCR tree - if you can dial the Call Center pilot number internally and it works, then I would launch BCM Monitor & see what happens when you dial in and press the key associated with the Call Center Pilot.

Maybe posting how you have it programmed might help.
