i just upgraded a 7100 to v4.70. with 4 IP phones. The issue I'm having is with the remote IP phones. They currently have dynamic IP address at the 2 remote locations(2 IP phones @ each location.) that being said I've had to log in to the system everyday to add the new IP to the white list parameters for the phones to register & work. Yes unfortunately the phones are going across the public internet with no VPN tunnel or anything. I dont have time to do this every morning & the customer is not happy with this situation currently. Is their any thing else i can do? or just down grade the software to an earlier version?
thanks guys
