Our communications provider (XO) has enabled 2BCT on our PRI's. We are however unable to get our Inter-Tel system (inter-tel axxess system with version 10) to properly utilize the 2BCT features of the PRI's. Does anyone have any experience with enabling this feature with Inter-Tel?

I believe 2BCT refers to 'Two B-Channel Trnasfer", in other words, sending a 'hookflash' to the CO to transfer calls off-site utilizing the CO switch. No Inter-Tel product currently offered can perform this feature on an ISDN T1.

Good observation superfone. Judging by the title "Option 11C" I believe QcorpsKen meant to put this in the Nortel forum.
