I have a customer that has taken over an office and system from another company. I have set up their DID's to extensions and all voicemail to the extensions is working great. The system in night mode goes straight to VM via 22-12 and rings group 1 in day mode. For some reason group 1 extensions will ring and ring but never go to VM.

I cant figure out what I'm overlooking...

Are you not using the tables in 22-11?
Your day ring group should be in 22-11-05 and 102 in 22-11-06

If 22-13 is set to a second "area" for in 22-10 for your night mode(2) then make sure in 22-11 for those areas you have your actual Voicemail pilot number at night.
22-12 Will only come into affect if 22-09-02 is set for Intercept and then yes 22-12 will by default ring ,ring group 1
So I believe you may not have the area (101-200 is default) in 22-11 for the range you use at night.
Remember you have a "area" for day 1-100 and night 101-200

Area 1 for example would be for your day main number just like SK said, (1) for 22-11-05 and (102) 22-11-06 for the Voicemail Group (102 is a system design it is not actually extension 102)and for Night
in area 101 in 22-11-02 Put the actual Voicemail pilot number for your main DID sending the calls directly to VM
So you would have a duplicate record for your DIDs for extensions in areas 1-100 and 101-200, the only difference would be your Main Numbers or any other number you want to be re-directed.
22-12 Only comes to affect if there is not a DID built in the Area that 22-13 is looking at depending on the mode.

Actually, duplicating you DID numbers for all the extensions is a mistake I see in the field all the time. You can allocate say 1-100 for all you fixed DID numbers that never change and 101-200 and 201-300 for the ones that do, usually only the main number. So in the mode you simply allocate 1-100 and 101-200 the in mode 2 1-100 and 201-300. That way you aren't complicating the issue for numbers that are static and the ones that aren't.
