Enables/disables the MPS server
Enables/disables the system to overflow to MGI channels when all MPS channels are in use.
Enables/disables when a call comes in on a sip trunk and is then transferred out via sip trunks whether to use MPS or MGI. This setting was broken in 4.70 software. This setting only applies if MPS is turned on. This can solve some 1 way speech issues on transferred calls.
