Got a customer whose Durafon Pro went out of warranty a couple month back and has 2 handsets, 10 and 11, on the system. The issue is with handset 11. While in an idle state, it rapidly beeps twice every 3 or 4 seconds. I thought it was the battery and swapped it out.....no joy. Full bars and charger says its fully charged. With the help of Engenius tech support, I tried to reinitialize the phone using the method support provided me. I could not access this feature. So they want me to send it in as an out of warranty repair. Now my guy feeling tells me its something that doesn't need to be sent in for. The reason I say this is that in the LCD display, there is an icon next to the battery icon that has a slash going through it. I don't know what the icon is for as its not listed in the manual. Support was not able to shed light on it. It also does not appear on handset 10........Any thought??????

i would call tech support back and get a different person.
