Hello smart people,

We have a ctx100 and a ivp8 rev.1

The issue is that when we go in to record a message it says "I'm sorry, I am unable to record your greeting at this time." Also it will not allow an external call to record a voice mail either. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like your vm system has reached its maximum capacity. Have people log in and start deleting saved messages.

There is a greeting recording time for each mailbox, the default is 40 seconds you may want to extend that for the main greeting.

Connect through the com port and you will be able to see what mailboxes have messages in them, and how many. Like was suggested earlier, check mailbox 0.
