I have a customer that complains that when she dials using her phone she hears the numbers echo. She claims it happens when using the handset as well as on speakerphone. They have digital cable lines (fake POTS).
Anyone else have this?
What can be done to fix it?

Yep. Go to the trunk groups and play with the Db settings.

I remember having to play with it as it seemed to be carrier/modem dependent. Some were so bad I had to have tech support remote in and do site specific backdoor changes. I hate cable lines.

I hear that! These digital cable lines will be the death of me.
There should be law banning them.
I will go onsite and work with support.
