I have a problem that Im not sure if im programed right
When you call an internal EXT as a Voice over call, and they don't pick up the handset and continue to talk.
Then if someone does the Pick-up group code (*#) they pick-up the internal call instead of the new call ringing in the POTS line.
Any help will be appreciated

How do you have the system programmed? Are you setup with lines appearances on the phone in a square key config?

Tony,
need more info.
FYI A voice over call on a NEC means you call a busy extension and speak over the existing call without them hearing you.
Hands free answer back is when you call a extension and they can answer and converse without picking up the handset.
