My Inter-Tel system is currently blocking callers from dialing 411 and I am unable to determine how to allow this functionality

None of my stations are assigned to a class of service. I just use ARS to route all calls and this has a Day list and Night list which is blank. Where else in programming shall I check?

COS can be set for the station or the trunk group
