Internally, the phones ring 12 times before transferring to voicemail. Externally through the PRI they ring 4. I can't find where this can be changed anywhere in DB Studio. There should be some where to change it, but I just can't seem to find it in all of the archaic options they have listed.
Thanks,

Look in Voice Processor/Timers and limits/Timers and limits. There are two No Answer settings by number of rings. Notification and Transfer. | | | | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 774 Member | Member Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 774 | One CO ring is 6 seconds in length, and 1 IC ring is 2 seconds in length, so I would guess that your timer is set at 24 seconds which would give you 4 rings on an outside call and 12 rings internally. They can be adjusted, but will work together. Tho as dfleschute was inferring, you can trick the system and make it ring twice to one of them. | | | Forums95 Topics94,290 Posts639,121 Members49,425 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
