Hello. Is there any way to add more prompts in a Vodavi SYS auto attendant menu so that junk voicemail message are not going into the general mailbox? Say announce to hit * # to go to general mailbox?

You could program the "time out" option to hang up, and make the caller dial "2" or any other available digit to leave a message in the general mailbox. I suspect you are getting an automated telemarketing call that is not dialing anything, but the timeout option is ringing an operator or a general mailbox.
