Where can the extension numbers be changed. We are currently using three digit extensions but would like to use two digit extensions, where would I change this? Thanks

system\divices\ststion on left side of menu. On right side highlight the ext number and change it.Keep in mind you can't have numbering conflicts. You also can use the shift key to high light a group and change several at one time

What system are you referring to?

I hope your switch is small. Two digit numbers limits your ext space obviously. Like Josh said, a decent numbering plan will save you headaches later.

Josh just to echo whats already been said somewhat, those defaults are the defaults for a reason. In an Axxess for example, I've never found a good enough reason to change them with regard to the headaches it can cause you down the road.

If you only have a few extentions though, you could build a Call Routing Application, and have it hand off to the 4 digit extension.
