On a newly-installed SBX in a noisy restaurant, the customer has made two requests:
1. Increase the ringing volume beyond the maximum setting 50. I looked in the 400's in programming, but didn't see anything there.
2. They requested no forwarding to voice mail on most stations, so I disabled "auto fwd to VMIB". Now, instead of being answered by a mailbox, a message comes on indicating that the caller is being redirected to the attendant. We need to remove this so that the stations just ring indefinitely, but I don't know what this intercept option is called and subsequently how to remove it.

PGM 167 controls the did/disa reroute and one of the defaults is station no answer rings to attendant. I don't think this controls no answer calls transferred from another phone or calls ringing directly across pots lines either, but it does control AA transfers.
Ring tone volume, I think that might be adjusted in the Nation Specific table...Tone to DTIB with is set at 36 by default. I did not see a setting specifically for "ringing volume" but tone might work considering a phone has an HTP setting not HRP.

I had this issue and all the programming was fine but i needed to update the KSU software and VM version software ... It was transferring to attendant instead of going to VMB
