I have a customer that keeps getting phantom voicemails with dead air at all hours of the night... I've checked with carrier and there are no calls during this time...

And which carrier is this...almost all my customers are complaining about phantom ringing now regardless of what phone system it is.

It's Comcast I don't think it's an issue with supervised disconnect ....

It's Comcast I don't think it's an issue with supervised disconnect .... I don't either...its a problem with our whole North American system right now, all this moving over to soft switches, sip and voip. Its a huge mess in my opinion.
