i have isntalled a doorphone, it's working well with the main console ext 299, but from the SLT phone ext 207, it does not opened the door.he is in the same group of the console,
any clue?

You dialing 5 to open while talking to doorphone?

if using a cordless or standard telephone you have to use R or flash then 5 to open the door
