I have multi CIX1200 systems. There is a feature that when you dial the four digit extension and then press 2 it opens the mic up. How do I shut off / disable this feature? I don't remember.

I believe System->Class of Service selecting the COS the phone is in via the drop down, and deselecting FB020 "Handsfree Override" will accomplish this. ~ Mike
