Is there a way to forward any calls that come to my ext to an external number. I have a BCM50 and no lines ring on my phone but all lines appear. All are answered by attendant.
Thanks Rick

Just use the Feature 4 + Destination code + Phone number.

System must be programmed to use Destination Codes instead of Line Pool Codes.
And you phone enabled for it.

Line Pool Codes:
Pool A = 9 .....5 lines in this pool
Pool B = 8 .....3 lines in this pool.
Pool c = 5 .....or whatever you want to use for any of these.
Pickup phone intercom - dial the code for the line pool and it grabs the lines you have assigned in those line pools - then dial your number.

Destination codes - examples:
9 - local calls - use route 1
8 - long distance - use route 2
71 - use route 3
72 - use route 4
Routes - examples:
Route 1 daytime - use line pool A
Route 1 night - use line pool B
Route 2 - Use PRI-A
Route 3 - Use TIE Line pool c
Route 4 - Use Tie Line pool f

Using above info, using line pool codes, dial 9 always uses the same 5 lines in the pool.
Using Destination codes - dial 9 would use the same 5 lines during the day but uses the same 3 lines at night.
