I was programming an SL1100 the other day using web pro. Tried programming some extension names, then applied when I got a pop up that says " 192.168.0.202 enter valid characters" . The IP address being that of the SL. So instead I opened up PCPro and programmed with no issues. Today I had the same problem programming names for speed dials. Am I having a brain cramp and missing something. I have a new Windows 8 laptop and using Chrome for a browser. Software in the SL is 4.5.

We only installed one SL1100, we typically install SV8100/9100 and I have found Chrome has issues with WebPro. I recommend FireFox I have had the best luck with it.

Per NTAC if you aren't using Internet Explorer you're SOL. Explorer has more code than the others thus why it's slower but more secure.

If you are running a later version of IE try running in compatibility mode.
