I have an SL1100 where the customer wants to have a caller press a button during the after hours greeting - that will forward the call to his cell phone. (emergency stuff)

I know I have done this before on either Aspire or UX - but can't remember the process, and don't see this documented in the very weak SL1100 manuals......

Anybody know how to do this?

FYI: Analog trunks on this one.

Set up Dial Action to go to a VE, then set the VE to CF All Calls to the external number - put a 9 in front of the external number for trunk access.

Mobile extension could work....seems like a lot more programming though. I think i will take a shot at the Virtual Extension with off-prem forwarding........

Did the VE forwarded off-premise as suggested by Ken. Works great, very easy to configure.

Thanks all.

I was able to change the default group speed dials from #4 to 777. Then I do and unscreened transfer in the dial action tables to speed dial 000 like 777000P

It works great.
