Has anyone able to route SIP DID numbers VIA the DID table? On the XTS phone system I'M using Flowroute for the SIP vendor. I can make calls out, but only receive calls on the attendant extension. If I change the ATT extension the SIP call will follow (number not routing and going to the operator intercept). I thought 3 years one of my tech's had it working with AccessLine routing on the DID's but my tech's did not write it up and the AccessLine configuration sheet for the XTS does not cover the DID route table either. I did get Flowroute to work on the Vertical Wave, MBX and SBX systems.

I know the fp 4 instructions for SIP say to leave the trunks set for Normal...but maybe that is wrong. A PRI trunk will not route calls correctly if it is not set for TIE/DNIS. Maybe that is how a SIP trunk type should be set as well. If I am correct, you should be able to program a SIP did just like any other did number.

Yes that was the first thing I tried but did not make any difference, I also did a Etrace and the SIP does not show you the dial number like a PRI or T1 DID does and being a Vodavi/Vertical Dealer for over 20 years the Tech support want to charge me $120 per hour in 30 minutes increments so it will cost me $60.00 to get one question answered after buying million of dollars of product form them.

If etrace is not showing a did number then just maybe the provider is not sending any digits just ringing like a standard co call.
