I have a property with a Mx controller with the embedded voicemail. They have a Rad in the VM setup for wakeups. If the front desk sets it from the console it works fine. If a guest gets in and sets it thru the rad it says it is set but does not go off. I can not find anywhere that this option can be set up for guest to do. I was never aware of guest being able to set their own thru mitel embedded mail. If this is possible how does it work?
Thanks in Advance

ok well the issue as it turns out is that the Voicemail is restricted in form 5 to call guest rooms since they use auto attendant. They do not want someone to dial the guest direct. Now if we enable that all works. So I switched the rad from ten 1 to ten 2 which allows Vm to communicate with it but it still will not call the room when it is set thru vm. Any ideas on this?
Thanks in Advance

In form #4, make sure you have an access code set for "automatic wake-up"
