Hi all,
This answer is probably staring me right in the face... but is there a way on an Axxess 5.2 system to set it up so when any endpoint dials 0 they reach the operator? This would include single lines and keysets. Thank you!

Connect to the system. Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\Any Station the ISN'T the Operator\Associated Extensions\Attendant. This is the value that is dialed when the user at this fone dials '0'at an idle keyset. You can copy this value to whatever keysets you think is proper.
