I download Media5-fone app onto my iPhone. I tried setting up the app but when I choose IP PBX I just get a white screen that says "Please wait". Nothing else happens.
Is there any support for this app?

Only issue I ever had with setting it up is making sure the ports in the app match the ports set up for the extension.

I just downloaded it for Android and got it working. I just choose to define manually instead of selecting from the reconfigured PBX list.

From a recommendation by our hosted VoiP tech I downloaded the Zoiper Android app. That one worked as well.

The free versions don't seem to have a transfer key.

I know this is probably pretty obvious, but I would suggest that you fully test the SIP app before committing to a big order.

One of the limitations for SIP on a CIX is that there is only 1 talk path. This means that you can not do a 3 way conference call. We had to swap out a SIP conference room phone because of this.
I was testing another SIP phone app, and I could not get the app to transfer. I don't know if t was the app or the Toshiba system that caused the transfer to fail. I recently read that a blind call transfer is also not supported on a SIP extension.
