New Install. Can't get voicemail to answer. I've gone through dox several times. Looking in MiVoice; IP Telephone Inventory, all 4 of my IP5020 vmail ports show Fail Over. Help Please.

If your Micollab voicemail is licensed for Record a call then your ports need to be IP5240's, Trusted service user.

Worked with Mitel on 3300 programming issues. Ports now show Registration Reason as Start, which is normal. VNupoint on VMicollab still won't answer. I have been through the dox several times.

RESOLVED. After first installing software, I created a couple phones for testing. I had modified the default template to add a second line, multi-call. Default template was used to create vmail ports. Rookie mistake I admit, but this is not documented anywhere as an issue. I removed 2nd line from vmail ports and performed a LOAD from maint. No change. Removed IP integration from Micollab, then put it back in. I don't think this second step had anything to do with the resolution other than to reset the Nupoint but I wanted to document the step anyway. Voicemail now answers calls to hunt group and individual members.
