vm to email was working fine, customer changed to gmail. now they get the vm in email but its also going to the ready folder?

Check all of your boxes for an invalid email address. One address can cause this. Eventually the READY folder will fill up and stop the system from delivering messages until it is purged.

Yup. This can be annoying to troubleshoot.

Also double check that all the SMTP settings are correct. You can look at the ready.kvl text log file to get more of an idea what's going on.
