Does anyone know what the global.cfg setting is to configure the sidetone on a 8622/8662 ip phone via TFTP?

Do you have a some sample config files that you would put on an TFTP for the 8622/8662 in SIP mode?
I know I need the global.cfg and [mac]cfg.cfg, but I cannot find the documentation on those and other xml files for using the phones in SIP mode.
I want to use it with 3CX.
