I just fired up a new 7200s and forgot to set the switches to 3 Digit Extension, Trunk and Group numbers. Can't get it to change - after I reset the switched and restarted the 7200. Think my brains took the weekend off... or Partialhimers is setting in.

If you change the dip switches back and then default the system it will go back to 3 digit.

Or you can just renumber it via DM

I have always been told if you don't set the switches to the correct way
If you have a problem and Samsung tech support want to look at your database they can refuse to help you
