Hey guys,
anyone have an SCC Pro installed on a 7xxx yet? we just did an install with a 7200 & it is up running fine. the only issue is the caller id from the system is not passing through to the SCC. no we get no incoming caller id.
7200 set up... v4.81 PRI 23 channels SIP peering for SCC SVMI 20i
we are passing the calls through to virtual extension & then have those extension outbound dial on the SIP trunks to the SCC Pro. any ideas? thanks

I think you may have to point the incoming calls to 9 in the ddi table and then route them to the SCC via LCR.

Your setup isn't correct, there is no forwarding needed.
I'll have to look at my notes, but from memory it's supposed to use NLCR like SamsungCat said.
