Just replaced a 3500-00 with a 3501-00. Cust claims that when a cell phone call from out of state comes in display would show name and number. The new system shows wireless caller & number. When I call in with my in state cell phone display will show my name & number.
Is she jerking my chain?
Anybody have a clue as is what is going on.

"Wireless Caller" is the name being sent by their carrier. Nothing you can do about it.

The Stse can only display what it gets name and number, it doesn't add or subtract or change anything.

If she won't believe you, just bring out a POTS phone with Caller ID and show her. Every so often after fixing a problem, some customers get hyper sensitive and find problems that don't exist.
