Hello -
I am a newbie with on Samsung Officeserv 7100 system. We have a couple of IP phones in our remote office. The phones connect to the system via a public IP. I can make internal and outbound external calls. How would I configure an incoming external call to ring to the remote phones in OSDM?

You need to program the trunk to ring the extn if digital 714
or analogue 406
