Got a DS-2000 with Intramail 8/8. This just started. CO's are answeres with a CRT and the dial action table for digit "3" is UTRF. Calls go to dialed extesnsions, but if unanswered, they do not forward back. I have tried Extension Hunting All RNA/BY to ext.700. I have also tried Call Forwarding RNA/BY(all) to 700. Calls just keep ringing. Right now, I set the dial action table for digit "3" to STRF, so it's working, but the screened transfer is very annoying. Any ideas?

So it just dawned on me that I had lengthened the Transfer Recall timer to 180, because they were getting recalls that were annoying them. That is why extension hunting was not working. However, that does not explain why Call Forwarding is not working. Any ideas?

What is the call forward no answer timer set to?

It uses that timer I had a DSX do the same thing.

Call Forward Timer is set to 15 seconds.
That is what I set the Transfer Return timer to as well, so now unanswered AA calls do go back to the users mailbox. I just don't know why CF is not working, I would rather use that. I didn't get arund to checking COS, but I doubt that is it.
