I have an IPK II with a VMP voicemail. All calls are answered by the AA. Recently, one extension's calls are going right in to their voice mail. However, if I call the recept's extension and get transferred the phone rings. Internal calls are fine. I've had them try canceling DND and CFA. neither worked. I'm trying to save myself a two hour trip. Any suggestions? Thanks.

User setting in their voicemail set to DND perhaps.

Check call forward all for CO calls. There are separate settings for internal VS. external call fwd. MB 24-06-02
