I have a issue with program 21-13 it is not controlling the outbound caller id. It is using 21-12. I have verified that the extension does have a 10 digit number assigned to it and it is one of the valid 10 digit numbers on the PRI. Anything else I can look at?

Carrier also has to allow it.
