We have a customer that has AT&T pots lines. We have recently installed a Summit and they say that they get dropped calls and the display says Line released. All the CO lines sound fine. Anyone been having this issue? We have installed at least a dozen Summits but most have SIP trunks. Thanks

Low loop current from the provider will drop the line. Anything less than 22ma is not good, optimum is 23-27. If it is around 18 the Summit may think it is not there at all.
