Hello -
Our voicemail card's hard drive went bad last week and we replaced the card...now we have no automated attendat like we did. How do I re-program the AA:
Thank you for calling....For sales press 1, for purchasing press 2, etc.

Not the easiest without the CoSession software. Might be best to call in someone for assistance.

With CoSession, you would just have to change your one-key dialling assignment in the "Opening Box" screen. Also make sure you change the 1 key dialling delay to at least one second or it wont work. Then log into the manager mailbox via a phone to record the greetings.
