Dear Readers i am trying to connect my cell phone via WE VoIP apps,following the manual but some thing is missing my cell phone having WiFi active ,connected with Lan wi-fi my OS7070 has latest version 4.91
I have Samsung 3 Cell phone with wifi with 3G from local GSM provider I activated tutorial license on OS7070. I installed We VoIP on my cell ,in settings provision server i given my OS7070 ip. where/How to create We VoIP user in OS7070? or any other settings
any one can help?

If you can list what steps you have already taken it will help to narrow down what might be missing. Are you testing this on your internal WiFi LAN or external? If External list the ports that you have forward as there is several required.

I am using only internal wi fi with tutorial license My PABX is Samsung OS7070 ver 4.92 Connect PABX to our lan Assign IP to Samsung PABX,with Gateway & subnet mask In MMC 830 Ip 192.168.1.99 (PABX IP) G/W 192.168.1.1 Subnet 255.255.255.0 In MMC 875 (IP White List) Entered all IP using by PABX & Cell Phone 192.168.1.99 192.168.1.4 MMC 740 (Station Pairing) Promary Ext 201 Secondary Ext 202
My Cell phone is Samsung S3 with WE VoIP apps Cell Ip is 192.168.1.4 (get this ip via DHCP) Assign Provision Server IP on WE VoIP setup internal Wireless LAN Used (Enabled in We VoIP Settings)
Registration Failed message coming on Cell Phone

Check out the other thread about wevoip it will help you.
The provision server in the app is the system ip address. You will also need to create a sip extension for your wevoip client, and even though it's not used the extension must have a valid user id and password

Now I am able to call internally via my intenal office Wi Fi ,now how to connect to GSM provider .my cell phone is 3G enabled from GSM provider. do we need to keep wi fi on even i am out of office.
any idea

You can use it on 3g/4g.
You will need to do some port forwards to the system (usual MGI/MPS/RTG ports, and port 80)
set to private with public enter your public ip address
Then in the wevoip client settings make sure 3g is enabled and that should be it.
The client will auto detect if your using local wifi/ public wifi or 3g

For the public ip address (DO WE NEED TO GET STATIC IP FROM ISP .

I have a non-samsung android 4 phone and is rejecting to download the samsung wevoip client app. Is there any other VoIP client that I can use?

What message do you get? Not avaliable in your country? We had that prior to Samsung approved use in our country.
