I have a System that the Run LED on the MP10A Card is RED.... Called Worthless Tech Support and got transferred around the world it seemed. Can anyone help or know? Is the SD Card the issue in a case like this?

We had a 7100 with a RED LED.
Bad cabinet.

With the new SW on the 7100 sometimes you have to restart them 4 or 5 time before they come up properly. Is it a new chassis or did you upgrade it

Check the Alarm logs it might be the Fan is broke which could cause it to over heat then restart.
You can get new fans but might be quicker to change the cab if you have a spare one
