New Sl 1100 aprox 1 time per day but not every day line 1 is not releasing it seems to stay in the busy state for hours before it will clear. and sometimes requires a system reboot. Also get an error message when trying the analog line conditioning on all 4 analog lines. any ideas? lines 2- 4 have no problem and all are centrex lines from Frontier

Disconnect supervision from CO isn't working properly. Sometimes they won't fix these things and I am assuming its hitting the AA and staying on. I will "on occasion" fix the AA to timer out to hang up rather than dump into a mb. Make them press like a 0 to leave a message etc.
