Anybody know how to deflect an incoming call to voicemail? Customer used to have IDCS 500 and used to press the # key to stop the incoming call from ringing and send it to voicemail.

I just tested with a SMT-6010 and pressing the # key still sends to voicemail.

Found the issue. Found VM AME in COS was set to no. I tested the 6011 from our switch, duh.
