Hi all, I configured COT direct line for a analog extension (CM 30,Y=02/03: 04 Direct In Terminal). However, the system keeps routing incoming call to this extension even though it is on call (internal). The caller should get busy tone in this case.
I checked the the CM 30, Y=13/14 and the default setting is "Waiting until the DIT station be comes idle.
Is there any option that I will get busy tone in this situation?

Verify there is no call forwarding set on that station, or call waiting.

No call forwarding or call waiting is set on this extension.
I go with Direct Inward Terminal setting for analog trunk. So, if the extension is busy, it will follow setting of CM30, Y=3/4 (Handing of busy/not available Direct-in Termination destination in day/night mode). Options of CM30, Y=3/4 are: - 01: Forward to TAS BUZZER indication - 04: Forward to Attendant Console - 06: Automatic Camp-on - 15(def): Keep the call ringing (wait until the station becomes idle)
No option for "Busy". so how? Other setting to get the busy tone for this case?
