Hi all. I have a customer with an EncoreCX 3000 with a 2 port VM. Customer has been complaining about some users being disconnected while accessing voicemail. Scenario is, user in office calls voicemail to check messages, messages begin to play, then call drops. Screen displays "Disconnected".

I have verified that this is not due to only having 2 ports on the voicemail, but other than that I'm lost at where to look. I'm going out today to try and delete and recreate the suspect bad voicemail boxes. Hopefully that will work.
