I posted the inquiry a while back in the thread you linked and I had Able paint red a 100 Avaya M3904's for a customer I service. They did a phenomenal job with the painting and the service, there is about 60-70 in service currently and they are holding up great to a fairly abusive environment after a few months. Long term? Time will tell, but I was impressed with the initial quality of the job they did and expect good results long term. They painted a single phone for us as a sample at first. The cost changes dramatically from the 1 to the 100 we later had painted. They took apart, painted and reassembled all of the phones. We had a handful of issues with keypads as I believe the ribbon cables are finicky on this particular model, but we shipped them back and returned them in short order with all the issues we found resolved. They gave us the option of supplying our own phones or having them supply them, we were able to get a great deal on refurbished phones and sent them to Able directly from our supplier.
